The videos contain the same content as the live lectures. They are made to match the printed lecture notes that the students are given. The lecture notes that correspond to this particular video can be found here: Sample Lecture Notes.

The students can either watch the video on the computer or hear the lecture live in class, or both. Most students attend class, ask questions, solve the problems, and use the videos to review for the tests and exams, or to go over difficult concepts a second or third time. The videos are also helpful if a student misses a class; he or she can receive the necessary lecture material on CD.
